Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership team and associates.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing by following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support adherence to Todd Snyder visual standards when flowing product from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment tasks (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens).
• Communicate merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and manage damages with leadership.
• Provide support to colleagues; assist in customer interactions when needed.
• Maintain safety standards on floor and stockroom; report concerns.
