Job summary

Michaels in Hyannis is seeking a store team member to provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock, while supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork, with cross-training in framing sales and production.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully and act as a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
