Job summary

Michaels in West Lebanon, NH is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves.

The role supports omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and may involve framing-related tasks in the frame shop. Applicants must be 16 or older with retail experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to handle cash and assist customers with solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and maintenance for an in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
