Southwest General Home Health in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to work under a nurse’s supervision, helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and mobility; monitor changes in condition; complete documentation within 24 hours; and travel to scheduled visits following the plan of care.

Qualified candidates have a STNA or CNA training, at least one year of experience, a valid driver’s

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA credential or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide training program (CNA).
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under an RN’s direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a driver.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on care, including lifting, transferring, and bathing.
• A caring attitude, strong communication skills, and dependable attendance.
• Must complete required training, including 12 hours of annual in-services.
