Southwest General Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under a nurse’s supervision. The role involves traveling to scheduled visits in Cleveland and surrounding areas to provide compassionate care and ensure patient safety.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, safe transfers, and report any changes in condition. Requirements include a STNA/CNA credential, 1 year of experience, and 12 hours of annual in-services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA credential or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide training program.
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under an RN’s direct supervision.
• A score of 80% or higher on the skills competency test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a driver.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.

• Support safe transfers, walking, and prescribed exercises.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions.
