Job summary

Alternate Solutions Home Health Columbus seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under a nurse’s supervision. You will assist with personal care, meals, laundry, and light housekeeping, while promoting safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include helping with transfers, documenting visits within 24 hours, and traveling to patient visits per the plan of care. Must have a STNA/CNA credential and 1 year of verified experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• STNA credential or 75-hour CNA training completed.

Responsibilities

• Support safe transfers, walking and prescribed exercises.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions.
