Southwest General Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to work under a nurse's supervision in patients' homes. You will provide personal care, help with meals and daily activities, and support safe transfers per the plan of care.

You will document visits within 24 hours, travel to scheduled visits, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication with patients and the care team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA credential or completion of a 75-hour CNA training program.
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under RN supervision.
• A score of 80% or higher on the skills competency test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a driver.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on care, including lifting, transferring, and bathing.
• A caring attitude, strong communication skills, and dependable attendance.
• Must complete required training, including 12 hours of annual in-services.
