Job summary

Beaumont Home Health in Detroit, MI is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (STNA/CNA) to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure safety and comfort.

You will document changes, communicate with families and nurses, and contribute to quality home-based care. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
