Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate STNA/CNA to join our team. You will work under a nurse’s supervision to support patients at home, with a schedule Monday–Friday (8:15 AM – 5:00 PM).

Bring a High school diploma or equivalent, an STNA/CNA credential, at least one year of nurse aide experience, and a clean driver’s license. You’ll assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and document visits within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA credential or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide program.
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under RN supervision.
• Score 80%+ on the skills competency test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a driver.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on care, including lifting and transferring.
• Caring attitude, strong communication skills, and dependable attendance.
• Must complete required training, including 12 hours of annual in-services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Support safe transfers, walking, and prescribed exercises.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
• Travel to scheduled patient visits and follow each patient’s plan of care within your scope of practice.
