Job summary

Beaumont Home Health in Detroit is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, support safety and comfort, and work with a supportive clinical team to improve lives daily.

The role emphasizes building relationships with patients and families, documenting care, and communicating with nurses. A valid CNA/STNA credential, caregiving experience, and a compassionate, dependable attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
