Job summary

Beaumont Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Detroit area. You will work a Monday-Friday day shift, building relationships with patients and families while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, maintaining a safe home environment, and communicating changes to nurses. Mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
