Job summary

Beaumont Home Health in Detroit, MI is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, observe changes, and communicate with nurses to ensure safe, comfortable, and independent living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
