Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care and support in patients' homes under the Beaumont Home Health umbrella. You will build relationships with patients and families while delivering compassionate, high-quality care on a Mon-Fri Day Shift schedule.

Responsibilities include personal care, home safety support, and clear communication with nursing staff. Eligible candidates have STNA/CNA training and valid driver’s license, with mileage

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training required.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
