Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and active STNA certification.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers using assistive devices as needed.
• Feed residents or assist with meals and monitor intake.
• Document care provided and residents' responses in EHR or paper charts.
• Ensure safety and hygiene by following infection control guidelines and facility protocols.
