Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant to assist nurses in delivering quality resident care in line with physician orders and policy. You will perform rounds, support activities of daily living, and respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred STNA certification, caring attitude, and the ability to work autonomously. The role emphasizes safety, resident rights, and teamwork in a skilled setting.

Qualifications

• State tested as a Nursing Assistant, with experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Capable of becoming certified in First Aid.
• Knowledge of elderly care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to check residents' conditions and assist with daily living activities.
• Observe and report adverse signs, symptoms, or changes to the nurse.
• Provide room service and help with dining, seating, and feeding as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain cleanliness and confidentiality.
