Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to support the Stewarding Manager in overseeing stewarding operations across all outlets, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness of kitchens, bars and service areas.

The candidate will lead daily tasks, train staff on SOPs, and maintain health code standards while collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth operations in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel stewarding or food & beverage operations.
• Ability to train staff and enforce SOPs.
• Knowledge of health code standards.

Responsabilités

• Assign and monitor daily cleaning checklists and tasks.
• Oversee stewarding operations across outlets and service areas.
• Maintain health code standards in compliance with regulations.
• Train stewards and temporary staff to company SOPs.
• Prepare schedules based on forecast and adjust resources as needed.
• Manage equipment and supplies, and oversee vendor relations.
