Estancia La Jolla, A Noble House Hotel is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to support the Stewarding Manager in directing the stewarding operation across all outlets. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitation, coordinating daily cleaning checklists, and ensuring health code compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead, train, and schedule team members, manage vendor relations, and participate in hiring, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of related experience.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train staff to meet guest expectations.
• Basic cooking knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work AM, PM, overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Manager in directing stewarding operations across outlets.
• Assign and monitor daily cleaning checklists and staffing levels.
• Ensure sanitation and health code compliance with local/state/federal rules.
• Oversee equipment, chemicals, and supplies and organize storage.
• Train stewards on SOPs and company standards; participate in interviews.
