Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a hands-on Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across back-of-house areas. You will supervise dishwashing operations, inventories, and sanitation compliance to support culinary teams.

The role requires clear communication, empowering leadership, and operational expertise in kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the stewarding team, assigning tasks and covering shifts.
Monitor team performance, provide hands-on training, coaching, and feedback.
Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of dishes and equipment to Loews standards.
Ensure dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment operate efficiently and report malfunctions.
Coordinate cleaning of kitchen areas and back-of-house spaces to maintain organization.
Enforce proper safety procedures and hygiene protocols to prevent accidents.
Monitor health department compliance and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
