The Lodge at Torrey Pines, owned by Evans Hotels, LLC, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead stewarding staff and uphold cleanliness standards. This full-time role involves supervising teams, maintaining sanitation in kitchens and related areas, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations in a luxury hotel setting.

Applicants should have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to work weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience running a shift, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and motivates all stewarding associates to meet departmental needs and operational standards.
• Ensures kitchens and related areas are maintained with high cleanliness and sanitation.
• Conducts regular inspections across restaurant, banquet spaces, and kitchen areas.
• Reviews banquet event orders and manages post-event breakdown.
• Assigns and oversees stewarding tasks for operational efficiency.
• Manages stewarding storerooms and inventory.
• Supports departmental training and safety procedures.
• Ensures safe working environment by enforcing safety standards.
