Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisor role, preferably in Stewarding.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the stewarding team to maintain clean kitchenware and areas.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and banquet organization.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Attend banquet meetings to understand event expectations and delegate tasks.
• Ensure water temperatures and chemical levels are documented in compliance logs.
