Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s Borgata in Atlantic City is seeking a Steward Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day stewarding operations, ensuring sanitation, service excellence, and adherence to Show Service Standards.

You will oversee equipment, PM schedules, coach staff, and coordinate stewarding coverage based on forecasted needs, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in stewarding or related role.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a fresh, positive environment with sanitation and service aligned to Show standards.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of ware washing machines and related equipment.
• Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for department personnel.
• Prepare talent schedules based on forecasting data and coordinate stewarding staffing.
