Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department.
• Ensure guest service aligns with brand standards.
• Hire recommendations, training, coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling.
• Provide ideas for new products, services, and processes.
• Inspect equipment and kitchen areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Requisition and approve equipment and supplies to control costs.
• Maintain inventory and records for dinnerware, flatware and glassware.
