Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Supervisor Stewarding to standardize cleanliness and maintenance in back-of-house F&B areas. You will lead the Stewarding department, directing staff and implementing service philosophies aligned with hotel standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in a high-volume environment, strong leadership, and adherence to safety and health regulations. Expect a dynamic, on-site setting with strict quality expectations.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume F&B or food processing setting.
• Ability to manage a large team (15-20 managers/supervisors and 200 hourly staff).
• In-depth sanitation knowledge and chemical handling experience.
• Strong communication and administrative skills; English fluency required.
• Willingness to lead safety practices and audits with the SNHD.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize and improve cleanliness and maintenance across BOH areas.
• Oversee staffing, training, and motivation to meet objectives.
• Develop skilled employees and set service standards and goals.
• Inspect back-of-house areas for cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Conduct health inspections with the Executive Chef/safety team.
• Prepare weekly schedules and adapt to business needs.
• Lead BUZZ meetings to ensure technical service proficiency.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper storage per health and hotel requirements.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate expectations clearly and manage performance feedback.
• Maintain records and complete performance reviews timely.
• Stay compliant with the Caesars Entertainment standards.
