Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervising experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant production preferred.
• Experience in a hotel/casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers and Helpers.
• Ensure food quality is superior and address any irregularities.
• Assist the Executive Chef with purchasing and inventory control.
• Prepare and administer kitchen schedule.
