You will train team members, manage equipment and supply usage, and support culinary operations while upholding Hyatt service standards.

The role requires supervisory or kitchen operations experience, strong sanitation knowledge, and bilingual Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Previous stewarding or kitchen operations experience is required; supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, cleaning chemicals, and stewarding practices.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; bilingual in Spanish requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stewarding staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization in kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet departmental goals and Hyatt service standards.
• Oversee usage and care of dishwashing machines, cleaning chemicals, and stewarding equipment.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to support service, including setup and breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
