Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct stewarding staff during shifts to ensure workflow and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, banquet, buffet, and food service areas per regulations.
• Monitor water temps and chemical levels for dishwashing and sanitation systems.
• Operate and maintain stewarding equipment (dish machines, hand wash stations, pot-washing).
• Support Banquet and Culinary teams with plate-ups and transportation of equipment.
• Ensure proper stocking and return of clean china, glassware, silverware, and equipment.
• Assist cooks by providing needed tools and supplies for service execution.
• Maintain inventory of stewarding supplies, chemicals, and equipment; assist with ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; build positive cross-functional relationships.
