Job summary

Hilton Anatole in Dallas is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the steward team across shifts, ensuring timely transport and proper cleaning of utensils and serviceware for restaurant and banquet operations.

You will lead daily back‑of‑house operations, manage inventory and equipment needs, coach staff, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a AAA 4‑Diamond property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff to ensure timely transport and cleaning of utensils and serviceware for restaurant and banquet operations
• Supervise cleaning of back-of-house spaces to uphold sanitation and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper inventory levels, manage equipment storage and distribution, and coordinate timely delivery of food and equipment for all functions
• Assist with day-to-day team oversight, scheduling shifts, coaching and professional development, conducting evaluations, and recognizing achievements
• Track breakage and loss reports, update operating manuals, and assist with monthly inventories to support cost controls and efficiency improvements
• Partner with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service, assisting team members where needed
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team wellbeing
