Hyatt Grand Denver is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to support the F&B division, primarily in Stewarding. This role leads associates by coaching, directing, training and scheduling while helping maintain sanitation and equipment, and assisting with plate-up and banquet service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in any area in the F&B Division, primarily working in the Stewarding Department.
• Lead and coach other associates, provide direction, training and scheduling.
• Maintain sanitation in all food production and service areas.
• Assist with culinary plate up and delivering food to banquet spaces.
• Account for the hotel's china inventory.
• Support leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
