Job summary

Fairmont Dallas in the Arts District is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead housekeeping and stewarding operations. You will schedule staff, monitor sanitation, and coordinate with Banquet teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

The role requires leadership, strong problem solving, and English fluency to maintain guest satisfaction and adhere to health standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• University or College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in food service janitorial supervisory position.
• Leadership experience in a Stewarding department required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Computer literate in Microsoft & Windows applications.
• Ability to coordinate a team and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly guest service while supporting staff.
• Monitor sanitation of kitchen equipment and areas within the hotel.
• Oversee scheduling and labor management of stewarding employees.
• Manage procurement of chemicals and operating supplies.
• Coordinate with Banquet department to deliver equipment and food timely.
• Prepare and distribute assignments for Stewarding staff and review priorities.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel requirements.
