Job summary

Accor’s Fairmont Dallas hotel is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will supervise Stewarding staff, coordinate supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety rules, while supporting guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience, English communication, and a proactive approach to team leadership in a hotel setting. This position offers a strong career path within the Stewarding department.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in food service janitorial position.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment/machinery.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies and standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Supervise staff, assign breaks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate and review Stewarding assignments and supplies.
• Ensure safety, health regulations, and hotel requirements are met.
