Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Culinary Supervisor for the Grand Hyatt DFW, located at the DFW Airport. You will oversee the daily operations of the Culinary department, ensuring production and quality of food for Banquets and Restaurant, and guide hourly cooks to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 2+ years of line experience with supervisory responsibilities. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred; opportunity to grow within Hyatt’s learning culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous line experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Culinary department.
• Ensure production and quality of food served through Banquets and Restaurant.
• Assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime; supervise hourly cooks.
