Qualifications

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Maryland gaming license.
Responsibilities
- Clean designated equipment, sinks, and areas following sanitation requirements.
- Stock kitchen lines and service areas with cleaned wares and equipment.
- Transport garbage containers to dumpsters.
- Maintain knowledge of department policies and equipment use.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Inspect cleanliness and condition of washed equipment and areas.
- Report damages or safety hazards to supervisor.
- Adhere to health, sanitization, and safety regulations.
