Qualifications

• Direct daily stewarding operations across kitchens, banquet spaces, and event support functions.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate dishwashers and banquet stewards, building a reliable, accountable, service-minded team.
• Champion compliance with health, fire, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and equipment, including transport to banquet areas.
• Maintain clean and safe back-of-house areas per resort standards.
