Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, AZ seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding and kitchen support teams, uphold food safety standards, and maintain spotless, well-organized work areas across all kitchen operations.

You will report to culinary leadership, coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and equipment, and help ensure seamless service during peak periods, banquets, and resort operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in culinary, stewarding, or F&B operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and lift light to moderate loads as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily stewarding operations and kitchen support staff.
• Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of dish areas and storerooms.
• Manage inventory controls and equipment maintenance.
• Coach staff and provide performance feedback to stewarding associates.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and culinary leadership for daily needs and special events.
