Job summary

Wild Horse Pass Resort and Casino in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Stewarding Manager to lead the back-of-house cleaning, sanitation, and banquet setup for busy dining venues. Under the Executive Sous Chef, you will maintain inventories and par levels while upholding the GILA WAY.

You will supervise the stewarding team, foster guest-focused service, control labor costs, and coordinate with vendors and Health Department to meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage management required.
• Must acquire and maintain Health Handlers Card and BBP trainings.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and manage food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees stewarding department operations and sanitation.
• Maintains inventory and par levels for kitchen and banquet equipment.
• Assists in budgeting and P&L review; communicates with stewardship management.
• Mentors Pathways Mentorship Program participants.
• Coordinates with vendors and Health Department.
