Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager – Stewarding to lead back-of-house cleaning operations and ensure top-quality guest service. You’ll create schedules, guide staff, and maintain standards across public areas and kitchens.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, with an Associate’s Degree preferred, and strong communication skills to collaborate across departments in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of housekeeping/janitorial supervisory experience.
• Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cleaning operations in back-of-house kitchens to ensure standards are met.
• Plans work schedules and assigns projects to maintain cleaning and service quality.
• Coaches and evaluates staff, assists in hiring and training, and conducts team evaluations.
• Performs inspections of public areas and property to uphold policies and standards.
• Resolves guest issues and communicates with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
