Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Banquet Houseman/Steward to support our events team. You will help set up banquet spaces, ensure clean dishes and silverware, and maintain supplies according to event needs.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and the Director of Food & Beverage to uphold safety, cleanliness, and service standards while building guest relations and supporting a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Banquets Department.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Builds guest relations and delivers superior guest service in Banquets.
• Maintains department objectives and adherence to standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving non-food items; maintains par levels.
• Inspects equipment and ensures safety/cleanliness, authorizes replacements.
• Coordinates with Executive Chef and Director of F&B.
• Attends meetings and follows up on actions.
• Performs duties regularly and predictably.
• Other duties as assigned.
