Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, counsels, motivates staff and assists in hiring and training.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns projects to meet cleaning and guest service standards.
• Conducts detailed inspections of public areas and property for quality and policy adherence.
• Resolves guest problems to ensure total satisfaction.
• Promotes effective internal communication and prepares daily reports.
• Attends meetings and performs duties as assigned.
