Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Supervisor for Stewarding to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all Food & Beverage areas. You will oversee and train the Stewarding staff, ensuring adherence to company, industry, and governmental guidelines, while supporting management teams.

The role includes coordinating deep cleaning activities, staffing, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Meets IMGR&C values and hospitality standards.
• Understands how to maintain sanitation and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Able to communicate with culinary, banquet, restaurant, and bar teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Stewarding staff to ensure sanitation and cleanliness in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate deep cleaning, hood cleaning, and pest control of all food & beverage outlets.
• Coordinate inventory and transport of used linen and required supplies for outlets.
• Interview, hire and train Stewarding staff and manage performance.
• Prepare weekly Stewarding staff schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Carry out Executive Steward duties in the absence of the Executive Steward.
