Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, NM seeks an experienced kitchen supervisor who assists and manages production across all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth operations during every shift. You will help plan, price, and prepare menu items, supervise cooks, and collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef and Training Chef to uphold standards while controlling costs.
