Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead a 20+ hourly stewarding team and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across food and beverage areas. You will role model service behaviors, recognize staff, and drive an upbeat environment that delights guests.

The role requires strong supervision experience, independent work style, and ability to manage schedules and disciplinary actions while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and remain self-directed.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience supervising a stewarding or cleaning team preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills required.
• Must read, write and speak English; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff and ensure cleanliness of kitchens, bars, and service areas.
• Create cleaning schedules based on F&B requests and operational needs.
• Spend most time on the floor with some administrative duties.
• Interview, train and select team members; address grievances promptly.
• Monitor inventory, enforce safety policies, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain cost controls and weekly stock inspections of linens and supplies.
• Promote a positive, energetic work environment and staff morale.
