Job summary

ASM Global Group is seeking a hands-on team member to assist in supervising kitchen stewards and supporting event logistics in New Orleans. You will help manage dishwashing, ware washing, and equipment cleanup, and assist with quarterly inventories and requisitions.

In this role you will work with the banquet steward, ensure the Back of House stays clean and organized, inspect areas for cleanliness, and help train staff while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising stewards and coordinating kitchen operations.

• Support banquet and event logistics and transport of equipment.
• Inspect kitchen areas and equipment for cleanliness and safety.
• Plan and direct work, train employees, and address complaints.
