Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, uphold exceptional cleanliness, and support back-of-house operations.

You will train staff, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver the luxury guest experience the brand is known for.

One to two years in stewarding preferred; ServSafe certification required; US work authorization.

Qualifications

• One to two years' experience working in Stewarding preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the stewarding team by coordinating daily operations, providing training and performance guidance, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout back-of-house and employee dining areas.
• Ensure all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in accordance with established food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by cleaning kitchen production areas and safely handling, storing, and utilizing cleaning chemicals, materials, and protective equipment.
