Legends Global is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to assist in supervising stewards, coordinating dishwashing, and supporting events. You will participate in inventories, report shortages, and help with requisitions while ensuring a safe, organized back-of-house environment.

The role involves coordinating with banquet staff for event logistics and assisting with training and supervision of team members, with emphasis on compliance and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Supervise stewards and team members in daily tasks (dishwashing, ware washing, cleanup).
• Assist with quarterly inventories of china, silverware, glassware, and equipment; maintain updated value spreadsheet.
• Report shortages and assist with requisitions for replacements.
• Support transport and setup of kitchen equipment for banquets and events.
• Coordinate with banquet staff on event logistics and maintain a clean, safe back-of-house.
