Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a motivated Steward to support our back-of-house operations in Wichita. You’ll manage food, beverage, and supply needs, receive and inspect deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory logs to keep kitchens running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, ordering, or supply management is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for food, beverage and supply needs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries and document accuracy.
• Stock, zone and organize inventory in dry storage, coolers and freezers.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly with vendors and teammates.
• Uphold standards and demonstrate accountability.
• Multitask and stay positive under pressure.
