Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Steward to support back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will manage food, beverage, and supply needs, place orders, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Receive and inspect deliveries, organize storage, and rotate stock using FIFO. Maintain sanitation standards and communicate with vendors, contributing to timely guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/kitchen/food service experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized team player.
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs.
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements.
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
