Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized team player.
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for hospitality and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs.
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards.
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions accurately, completing assigned tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, fostering positive vendor relations.
• Demonstrate leadership through accountability, problem solving, and upholding standards.
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude.
