Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs.
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verify order accuracy, weights, and measurements.
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Maintain organized storage systems to support kitchen efficiency.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
