The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated in Concord, NC is seeking a Steward to support back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will manage food, beverage, and supply needs, stock inventory, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly so teams can focus on creating great guest experiences.

This part-time role offers steady hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Follow instructions accurately, completing assigned tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and professionally, fostering positive vendor relations
• Demonstrate leadership through accountability, problem solving, and upholding standards
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude
