The individual will collaborate with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, Supervisors and other team members to ensure operations run smoothly and guest satisfaction remains high.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of cleanliness for dishware, glassware, silverware, and cooking pots, pans and utensils.
• Ensure work area is clean, sanitary and trash is removed.
• Assist in health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Stock supplies such as plates, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils.
• Work as part of a team with servers, cooks and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
